NestSentry processes metadata only from your connected platforms: message direction, timestamps, conversation and account identifiers. We never store or read the content of your conversations, messages or attachments.
We store your name, email, phone number (for SMS alerts) and authentication credentials (hashed). OAuth tokens for connected platforms are stored encrypted at rest and used solely to provide the monitoring service.
Exclusively to provide monitoring, alerting and analytics inside your NestSentry account. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
Monitoring data is retained while your account is active. Expired trial accounts are purged 30 days after expiration. You may request deletion at any time.
